Big Guys BBQ

Big Guys BBQ was established 3 years ago by Don Jones the "Big Guy". The Big Guys background as a meat cutter and his natural talent as a chef allowed him to create amazing recipes. Each menu item is homemade and put together with thought and care. Big Guys food has always been well received at locations from wineries such as Konzelmann Winery in Niagara on the Lake and many festivals throughout Ontario.

Big Guys BBQ feature item is our pulled pork or what we call it the "Big Messy". Big Guys seasons the pork with his secret spice rub before he smokes the meat. The meat is then pulled and roasted in our Sweet Bbq Sauce. This is placed on a bun and topped with Grandma's Coleslaw and dressed with Homemade Spinach dip. Its a tasty combination that you must try!!

The road along the way has been bumpy but with all of Big Guys hard work and determination a permanent spot was found at 485 Glendale Avenue, St. Catharines.
