Beginning as a family endeavour, the Birch Brand team consists of a group of professionals with one foot in the city and the other in the forest. Working with Northern communities, the Birch Brand team focuses on using sustainable harvesting methods and brewing the most natural product possible. Our mission is to bring this incredible drink to the general public in its purest form with no added preservatives, sugars, flavouring or additives. We make amazing ready-to-drink teas, with incredible health properties, produced using the most sustainable methods.
