Birchdale United Congregational Church UCC

The church was organized by Rev. Thomas Howard 1905. Today, this church continues the mission it began so long ago. The continued vitality of this congregation and its ministry has been made possible by the faith and commitment of its people. The tradition of faithfulness that has been passed on from one generation to another has kept our church vital and central to the life of the people and this community. Perhaps the greatest strength of this congregation is its openness. Serving the community is a priority for this congregation. We hope that in the future, as in the past, our church will remain a stable and relevant part of the community, providing worship, Christian education, fellowship, and a mission for the people of God. This church is a part of the Rainy River Regional Parish which consists of United Congregational in Birchdale, First Congregational in Baudette and Pilgrim Congregational in Williams. The 3 churches share a pastor and the main office is located across from the church in Baudette. Rev. John Tschudy is currently serving our Parish
