Throughout the year I offer a series of Herb Walks and Workshops around the lower mainland.
My Workshops usually focus around Women's health, through reducing stress and balancing hormones. I also teach workshops on Children's health
During a Herb Walk, you will explore some of the medicinal and edible plants that grow right here on the west coast. You will learn where they like to grow, how to ethically harvest, and how you can use them in your home as either, remedies, food, or just for pleasure (like a tasty syrup for cocktails!)

I also work as a Birth & Postpartum Doula.
As a Doula I believe that pregnancy, labour and birth is an amazing and wonderful experience that has a powerful effect on women and their families. I believe that women instinctively know how to labour and give birth, that women can truly be empowered by her support system, and her birthing experience, and that every woman, no matter her circumstances, deserves to be supported in the way that she needs. It is truly an honour to be present at and participate in the miracle of the birth of a child. As a doula, I am here to support you emotionally and physically, and also to provide any informational support you may want. I will work with you and your partner as a team to help ensure the best birth for you and the best birth memories for you and your family.

A Doula is an individual who provides physical and emotional support to a woman before, during and after their labour. Doulas are knowledgeable birth professionals who can provide non-judgemental information for a Mother to make informed decisions regarding her birth. Doulas support not only the Mother, but her loved ones as well, be they partner, family or friends whom may also be in attendance at the birth. Most importantly, Doulas remain with the Mother throughout her entire labour, providing constant reassurances that she is more than capable in birthing her baby, and that she instinctively knows how best to do so.
