Blitz Bake Shop

Born out of a passion for baking and working with people, BLITZ Bake Shop aims to satisfy more than a sweet craving. Working to meet the need for high quality, scratch made customized baking in the Prince Rupert area, Ally Bradbury (a graduate of Vancouver Island University Culinary School’s “Professional Baking and Pastry Arts” program in 2011) has been busy at work earning a reputation for providing great tasting, professional quality and fully Food Safe certified baked goods for a loyal and continually growing customer base.

With experience completing a variety of special occasion cakes, gourmet cheesecakes, specialty pastries and large volume wedding and corporate catering events BLITZ Bake Shop is able to work one on one with clients offering an elevated caliber of dessert options in a market where it's okay to expect MORE.

Orders are appreciated 3 weeks in advance and require a 50% deposit with the outstanding balance required at the time of pick-up. Delivery is also available.

In terms of costing, prices are dictated on a per project basis due to the variables in cost of ingredients, supplies, materials and labour.
