Blue Vine Photography

Blue Vine Photography is a boutique style portrait studio in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We specialize in capturing the essence of little babies, couples in love and families of all shapes and sizes.

My name is Jenine Panagiotakos. I was born and raised in St. John's, NFLD and moved to Halifax in 2001. I get asked a lot where I went to photography school and the simple answer is that I didn't, I went to Dalhousie and have an English Degree. The not so simple answer includes a long winded story of experiences that have given me knowledge, love, and passion for both the creative and business side of photography.

I spend most of my spare time with family. These people are my life and have taught me to do what I love and follow my passion in life. I started Blue Vine Photography because I believe there is nothing more important in life than family. My goal is to help you capture the special memories and moments of your life for you to pass down and enjoy for years to come.

When your baby boy grows up and moves out on his own you will have a beautiful collection of albums of his childhood to sit back and shed a tear to. On the morning of your daughter's wedding you can view photos of her around your home - from her squishy little newborn bum, to her high school grad and everything in between. This is what Blue Vine Photography is about.
