I was born and raised in Bathurst NB, but Moncton has been my home for many years now. My passion for health and fitness started over 14 years ago. I have trained for and completed several half marathons, but my true passion lies in the weight room, building strong, lean, calorie-burning muscle. I earned a diploma in Holistic Nutrition, which led me to teaching others how to make healthy eating a part of their lifestyle.
I "walk the walk" as much as I "talk the talk". I maintain a balance in life through exercise, healthy eating, yoga, meditation and spending time with loved ones.

I believe we can all meet our goals through hard work and determination as well as adjusting our perspective when it comes to exercise and nutrition. I truly love what I do.
