Body Harmony Wellness Studio

Body Harmony is a fitness studio and wellness centre dedicated to providing our students and clients with a variety of classes and healing modalities for body, mind and spirit.

Our passion is Nia and we offer classes in our beautifully renovated studio featuring a professionally sprung bamboo floor for ease on the joints, soft lighting and gorgeous hand painted murals for ease of the senses. Located in a private home setting on the picturesque Mount Nemo plateau in north Burlington we are a mere 15 minute scenic drive from downtown Burlington and less than 10 minutes from Waterdown.
