Body War

In an effort to battle health issues, enhancing the competitive athlete, or unleashing the desk-bound office worker, Body War creates strong, fully functional, pain free training for everyone. This is essential for both performance and quality of life. Through facilitating strength and conditioning, martial arts, Pilates, as well as functional movement screening as the foundation; Body War is able to unlock the body's full unseen potential. Each session will be a new experience as we learn how to manage the human body more effectively, reduce pain, prevent injury, and boost physical performance.
