The Brampton Board of Trade (BBOT) has generated enterprise productivity and community prosperity for thousands of businesses since 1887.

From our humble beginnings in 1887, beginning with the Board’s first President Kenneth Chisholm, BBOT has consistently adapted and rebranded itself to effectively serve the needs of Brampton’s constantly evolving and dynamic business community.

We have worked diligently to transform ourselves to meet the challenges facing our members in the 21st century. BBOT has embraced the emerging creative economy that redefines Brampton's business landscape. We have crafted a bold, proactive advocacy strategy that will give Brampton's business community a strong, unified voice in steering government priorities and policies towards prosperity and economic growth.

Along with redefining our roles and responsibilities, we have significantly expanded our outreach activities through strategic partnerships and sponsorships designed to provide our members with exciting and expanded platforms to promote their interests and take their businesses to new heights.
