Lou Biffis, founder and developer of Briar Hill, has had a lifelong dream of creating an adult leisure community offering a true resort lifestyle with recreational opportunities that would surpass many world class resorts.

He built the Nottawasaga Resort in 1968, with the idea that if you give people a place to relax, great service, quality and a fair price, you’ll be successful and they would return and tell others.

The Resort grew over time as more and more people discovered the beautiful surroundings and first class accommodations of the Nottawasaga Resort just 45 minutes north of Toronto.
