We are a certified organic farm near Elgin milking twenty cows. We market the milk through Dairy Farmers of Ontario and have obtained artisan processing quota to make our own cheese on the farm. Our milk is pumped a short distance to a small cheese house where the cheese is crafted from the fresh, raw milk and then aged for a minimum of 60 days. Our raw cow's milk cheeses are available for purchase through Wendy's Country Market or Findlay Foods; Bushgarden is certified organic by Pro-Cert. Our cheese production is inspected for health safety by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
