Canadian Journal of Human Rights

As the first and only Canadian law journal dedicated to human rights issues, The Canadian Journal of Human Rights is a faculty run, peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal of law and policy edited by students at Robson Hall. As Canada’s Museum for Human Rights nears completion here in Winnipeg, the CJHR seeks to attract human rights research from around the world. From queer rights in Africa and Aboriginal rights in Australia to the European Court of Human Rights and Human Rights tribunals in Canada, we will explore varied areas of research from diverse perspectives.
