Who We Are & What We Do
Capital Services is a year-round property maintenance company founded by Jim MacKenzie to serve the needs of the Kanata and Stittsville residents. With over 30 years of property maintenance experience, Jim and his team bring to the area a diverse range of skills and services to maintain your lawn during the summer months and to provide snow blowing services in the winter. Capital is dedicated to providing excellent service and unparalleled customer support.

We use the latest technologies and the highest quality products and materials to ensure that your needs and expectations are met in a professional manner. We take the time to understand your home care needs and are prepared to help you throughout the each and every season.

At Capital Services, we take an individual approach to each customer’s needs. Our team gives attention to the smallest of details in order to build trust and confidence with our many customers.

What sets us apart
Capital Services remains at the forefront of its industry both environmentally and technologically. We use environmentally friendly fertilizers and insect control products; and have introduced a grass and leaf recycling program. Our tractors are fuelled by bio-diesel and have GPS tracking which allows us to track each and every tractor enabling us to provide timely service to our clients in the event of equipment failure. We were also amongst the first to introduce pull-type snow blowers, along with a second back Teflon coated blade making it possible to clean closer to the garage door, without damage to the laneway, and interlock.
