A little about me!

Growing up we weren’t rich, but we were upper middle class. My parents didn’t buy us things on demand, but we usually had the newest greatest things. We also went to the Okanogan every summer growing up. We had a good childhood. When I became an adult, I wanted to maintain that lifestyle, but the income didn’t support it. Now that I am __ yrs old, married and in debt with two credit cards, line of credit, three vehicle payments and a mortgage, and I’ve had it! Things needed to change!

Then I stumbled upon Monat thanks to my friend Nicole. I saw her before and after posts and liked and shared them. I did this for a few months all while she tried to get me to sign up, but I was stubborn, despite hating my hair and shaving off twice in two years. My hair was dyed with store bought dye, unmanageable and had to be washed every day. It was in need of help! Finally on Oct 31st, 2015 I signed as a VIP, but it didn’t take long before I signed as a Market Partner, after seeing Nicole’s success and how easy it was. Jan 12th came around and the switch happened.

Since I had already been using the products, I knew how fabulous they were. There was no doubt in my mind that I could sell something I loved. I mean if I can convince people that not all Pitbulls are what the media says they are, but in reality are amazing dogs, I could sell shampoo. Why? Cause I was now hooked.

I posted my first “before and after first wash” photo on Facebook, as a Market Partner, and my phone blew up with notifications and it was at that point I knew I was going to rock this shampoo biz. All my worries about “I don’t know enough people” or “I don’t have enough time” went out the window.

I had never worked for a direct selling company before but thought, why not take a chance. After all this is social selling. We share, we don’t sell. I can sit on my couch while watching TV and make up to a 50% commission, and that I did. In my first month only working a couple hours a week I made $220. That may not sound like a lot, but it was a start. Since I was new to network marketing I had to learn and tweak my skills, so I did! Head down learning and talking to more experienced MP’s, my knowledge grew. My second month I tried a bit harder and made $1300 just in bonuses alone. In 3 short months I had ranked up through half of the ranks and am not slowing down anytime soon. This is easy and addicting. Our team and I work together and all rank up and hit our bonuses as a team.

Now I am watching my mentors in the company retire from their full time jobs all around me. There are team members and mentors in their 20’s that are retiring! In just 4 months our top partner in Canada retired from her full time job. My plan is for my husband and me to be debt free and retired within the next 5 yrs.

I fell in love with these products and the business opportunity. The income has just been an added bonus.
