Welcome!
Cedar Heart is a forest home kindergarten and child care for children 3 to 6 years of age. We are located at Brock Road and Highway 7, in North Pickering, 5 minutes from the expanding 407.
Based on research, years of education and experience, our priorities of: daily outdoor nature experiences, open ended play, small mixed age group of up to five children, and organic foods, make Cedar Heart an optimum kindergarten and early childhood experience. Your are invited to review this website, check out the resources listed, and come to visit us, to see how our program can benefit your child.
Space available for full year program starting September 6, 2016.
Open Houses: Sunday, April 24 1-3pm, Saturday, May 21 11am to 1pm, Saturday, June 11 1-3pm. (or contact us for a personal visit)
Summer Camp 2016: A summer of nature wonder and simple joys!
We welcome your children to come for a week or more at a time. June 20 till September 2.
