Central Psychological provides most central psychological services, including evidence-based treatment and assessments for a variety of needs.
The practice is also central in location. The office is located at #312, 9707 110 St, near the Legislature building. This location is transit-friendly, as it is right beside the Grandin LRT station and near bus routes. Underground (pay) parking and street parking are available. The office space is fully disability accessible.
The therapy office has a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Client comfort, therapeutic rapport, and trust are of utmost importance. A combination of a strong therapeutic alliance, and evidence-based therapy techniques, are important for effective therapy outcomes.

Therapy:
- Cognitive, Behavioural, and Cognitive-Behavioural therapy (CBT)
- Compassionate client-centred therapy
- Crisis management (Suicide and crisis intervention)
- Brief interventions (e.g. Problem Solving technique)
- Other techniques as may suit specific client needs and problems.
As some examples: Cognitive Processing Therapy for Traumatic Stress, Motivational Interviewing/MBIS for Substance Use Disorders, Play Therapy with children, and other specific techniques depending on client needs.
