CERC UBC

Providing safe, widespread, and equitable access to sustainable energy is one of the key challenges of our time. The Clean Energy Research Centre (CERC) hosts world-leading researchers who see this challenge as an opportunity to help future generations inherit a better world.
Currently, there are over 60 faculty members and more than 200 graduate students from UBC Vancouver and UBC Okanagan actively participating in CERC research. Our interdisciplinary program brings together innovator form many departments, such as the Faculty of Applied Science, the Faculty of Science, and the Sauder School of Business.
We also actively seek local and global collaboration with industry, academic institutions, and governmental bodies.
