From the early days in Alberta’s oil patch, the Company has grown steadily based upon service and capability. Our products include pressure vessels and custom fabricated equipment as well as field services including mechanical construction, in-plant maintenance and shutdowns. Our clients represent all industrial sectors, oil and gas refining, petrochemical, pulp and paper, power generation, mining and mineral processing.

Cessco provides professional engineering design services for its manufacturing and field operations. Registered professional engineers use their extensive experience to produce high quality, cost-effective equipment.

Cessco’s engineers specialize in the design of large ASME Section VIII – Division 1 and 2 pressure vessels. Some of the industry’s most experienced designers have developed many unique solutions to problems which occur in large, custom vessels. Detailed stress analysis; as well as finite element analysis have been used to design vessels 250 feet in length with maximum wall thickness of 6 inches. Our engineers are familiar with the design considerations required when working with carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels, clad steels, Monel and Inconel.

Cessco uses the most advanced design systems available. Autocad computerized drafting software is used for the design and drafting of Cessco’s pressure vessels and field construction jobs.
