Private training facility located in Collingwood, Ontario. We work with various individuals, ranging from professional athletes, to individuals working around injuries or someone looking to get in the best shape of their life.

It’s simple .. we get results. We work hard, take our goals seriously and understand the quality and quantity of achieving new heights. Whether you’re training for Masters ski racing or just looking to fill out/fit in those Levi’s again, your goals become our goals. The facility is not a public gym nor are there classes, but we build relationships through private and small group training
