Checkpoint Paralegal is a Guelph-based paralegal service that also services Wellington County and the Region of Waterloo. Checkpoint Paralegal will service other areas of the province by arrangement or referral. Checkpoint Paralegal is owned by Albert Arnott.

Paralegals like Albert have graduated from an accredited Paralegal program, completed a field placement, passed a licencing exam, maintain liability insurance and log CPD credits every year. Albert is a graduate of the Paralegal Program at Sheridan College in Brampton, ON

Albert provides legal services in the areas of Landlord and Tenant law, Human Rights, Employment Law as well as Small Claims Court litigation.

Albert has over 25 years of experience interpreting rules and regulations from his time in the Import/Export field. This also gave him extensive skills for navigating bureaucracies.
