Operating as a family Delicatessen in the town of Nelson, we proudly handcraft all our meat products in our shop, providing a range of cured, dry, fresh, cooked, and baked food specialties.
We also bake everyday country style crusty "baguettes" out of our fifteen year old sourdough starter. We only use a 100% organic and original flour mix from grains we stone-grind in premise and from locally sourced organic flour.
Everyday is the opportunity to practice this Alchemy for the joy of our customers !
