My approach to counselling comes from the understanding that every person comes from a unique life experience with different values, thoughts, and feelings. We all need support throughout our life journey and I understand the courage it takes to seek counselling. With compassion and a gentle presence, I will work with you to unpack overwhelming feelings and help you to discover what needs to shift in order to experience personal growth, healthier relationships, and clarity of mind.
I see people of all ages and backgrounds, and specialize in working with youth and young adults. I use a variety of approaches to best suit your needs. Approaches used include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Adlerian, and Solution Focused Therapy.
