Clint Moffat & Sons Ltd. like many local companies, started with humble beginning. John Moffat (Clint Moffat’s father) started with one dump truck that he traded for a car, the company grew and became Moffat brothers with Clint and Les working together. In 2005 Clint and Les decided to go their own ways in business, but the family roots have stayed intact.

Now in 2015 CMSL is owned by Clint, with his wife Lynn as the general manager standing by his side. Together they have 3 children, Carla Skoglund, and the sons, Kyle, works as a project manager for the underground division and Brook, works as a project manager for the above ground division.

Currently we employ on average 70 skilled equipment operators, pipe layers, truck drivers, foreman, labourers, crusher personnel and office personnel. We value our employees and are very aware that without the skill many of them possess we wouldn’t be where we are today. In appreciation for our humble roots and the community we live in we encourage our employees to participate in the charities we support. Ronald Mcdonald House, Christmas Cheer, The local food bank, WAP’s, just to name a few are the groups we collect for at different times of the year, we firmly believe that all charity begins at home.
