Club Lofts Condominiums was developed by Sila Investments Inc., and Walkerville Club Lofts Inc. With passion, vision, innovation and an obsessive preoccupation with craftsmanship, the group specializes in breathing dynamic new life into distinctive and often historical structures, and in converting them into exciting residential and commercial spaces.

The group first began exploring the possibilities of the project in the mid 1990's, methodically working with design professionals to bring out the structures extraordinary potential.
