I am a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I have been part of the fitness industry for 6 years, doing everything from running group exercise classes, coaching groups to personal training. I love what I do! I love seeing people get the results they deserve!!

It's about a healthy lifestyle. I have an in home private gym. You come when it works for you, no one else around. Have the ease and comfort of working at your own pace with no judgement.
