Colab at Latab

Colab @ Latab is a collaborative food event happening on the third monday of every month.

Camille Flanjak (MuseumEats) and Kris Barnholden (Latab food) created colab to explore possibilities with local food and beverage in Vancouver. We aim to collaborate with some of the exceptional talent in the Vancouver food and beverage community to work on new ideas and directions.

Our focus includes explorations of 'terroir' in locally farmed vegetables and wildcrafted foods, nutrition based on seasons, and historical and traditional local foods.

By operating Colab, we hope to strengthen our community and add to the dialogue surrounding the Canadian food/beverage identity.
