Community Living provides supports and services to people with Intellectual Disabilities, their family's and the community.
Supports for Children
Community Living Welland Pelham provides supports and services to children who have an intellectual disability. Staff work closely with all partners in a child’s life: family, other professionals, and child care centers.
Supports for Youth
Community Living Welland Pelham provides supports and services to youth who have an intellectual disability. Staff work closely with family, schools, community and other professionals.
Supports for Adults
Services are available to people who have an intellectual disability throughout their adult lives, in all aspects of daily living. This includes housing, work, and recreational/leisure activities, with supports specific to the person's interests and wishes.
Supports for Families
Family Support Services provides services and support to families with relatives who have an intellectual disability and reside in the home. Family Support currently provides these supports to approximately 100 children and 94 families in the Welland Pelham area.
