Information & Referral
Every year, more than 14,000 requests for information and referrals regarding health, social, recreational and community services are responded to. The goal of the Centre is to respond to those requests and facilitate health and social well-being, as well as recreational and community development throughout the region.

CYPRES Active Living Centre
Provides meaningful, activity-based recreational and intergenerational programming for children, youth and older adults. Activities for children include before- and after-school programs, Active Bodies Healthy Minds, P.A. Day programs, summer and March Break day camps and day trips; for youth we offer monthly dances, leadership training opportunities, summer sports break camps and social/recreational programs.
For adults 55+ the Centre offers weekly programming including fitness classes, courses, socialization and networking opportunities.
