Gumpaste or Sugar flowers are made to order - you pick the flowers you want, the colors to match your wedding dress/party colors/theme. Individual flowers through bouquets and arrangements are available.

I have been trained under world renowned Chef Nicholas Lodge, and have my PME Masters Certificate in Cake Artistry. This means I have been highly trained and certified in the areas of cake decorating and design, sugar paste, royal icing and gum paste flowers.

I also am certified by world renowned cake designer and sugar artist Chef Stephen Benison in Contemporary Wedding Cakes and Design.
