Country Leisure Camping on Marshall Lake

Rosaire Fortin and I, Leola Lamarche, purchased 50 acres of raw land on a beautiful lake in 2008 with the hopes of developing the land to share with family and friends. We began our journey in 2009 by applying for a re-zoning from rural to seasonal campground. Once the by-laws were set the creation of a dream was in motion. Sharing a piece of paradise has not been without risk, financial burden, and many stories of environment concerns.

The simplicity of being off the grid, the challenges to implement a gravity flow sewage system and water supply, and the commitment to wild life sensitivity all came together with many years of planning. Our lots are generous with natural buffers between neighbours.

We offer a natural sandy beach, boat launch, quad trails, golfing near by, shopping amenities within 15 minutes. Only 12 lots located on a 50 acre parcel which leads to Marshall Lake in Monetville Ontario off HWY 64.
