Courtney is a Certified Personal Trainer with Can-Fit Pro, she is also certified in CPR/AED. She has received a diploma in Basis Human Nutrition from Queens University and Human Anatomy and Physiology from Oxford University.

Exercise and fitness have always been a big part of Courtney’s life. She became a competitive figure skater and runner at a young age. The 400 and 800-meter race were her passion. She was also part of the 4x100 and 4 x 400 meter race as well as the 5km Cross Country race. Courtney loves to train using circuits, plyometric’s, and HIIT intervals mixed with heavy weight lifting.

Courtney recently became a Bikini Competitor when she qualified for Provincials at the OPA Gala show November 2016. She is currently training for the Toronto Pro Show in May 2017.

Health and nutrition have become more than a job to Courtney, it is a way of life for her. She has experienced a variety of diets including, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free.
