PRICING

Water Damage and other miscellaneous troubleshooting is subject to a 60$ minimum fee/deposit to be paid when the item is dropped off for repair.

ALL PRICES LISTED ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WIHTOUT NOTICE AND MAY NOT BE REFLECTIVE OF ACTUAL CURRENT RATE. YOU WILL BE QUOTED A PRICE AT THE TIME OF REPAIR, BEFORE THE ITEM IS ACCEPTED FOR SERVICE.

Samsung and Blackberry phone pricing is available upon request. All Blackberry and Samsung parts are special order and special terms apply. Please phone me for details. Most Apple glass and LCD's are in stock and most repairs can be completed within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE-EVERY REPAIR CARRIES WITH IT SOME DEGREE OF RISK FROM THE DISASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE. THESE MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, DATA LOSS, COMPONENT DAMAGE, CATASTROPHIC DAMAGE TO LOGIC BOARD. WE TAKE GREAT CARE TO REDUCE THESE RISKS, BUT THEY CANNOT ALWAYS BE COMPETELY ELIMINATED. CRACKED GLASS PHONE REPAIR CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR SUCH DAMAGES THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE NORMAL PROCESS OF TROUBLESHOOTING, DISASSEMBLY AND PART REPLACEMENT.
SHIPPING AND OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMERS
If you are shipping your phone to me, please contact me before you ship it. I charge 10$ for return shipping via Canada post or can ship back collect via Greyhound. Every effort will be made to ship out completed phones within 24 hours of repair.

PAYMENT
Cracked Glass Phone Repair accepts cash, money order, email money transfers and Paypal. Payment will be required before shipping any units back.

WARRANTY
Cracked Glass Phone Repair will warranty all parts for 30 days from the date of installation. If you have any problems with the parts installed on your phone/ipod, I will replace them at no cost.

DISCOUNTS
There is a 10$ discount to every repair after your first, whether that be repeat repairs or multiple item repairs.

UNPAID FOR and ABANDONED ITEMS
Any item left for 30 days after last being notified of the repair will be disposed of at my discretion. If I am unable to notify you of the completed repair (for example your phone line is inactive), I will wait 60 days before disposing. Most items will be sold or stripped for parts. PLEASE CALL ME! At least once every 30 days, and I will wait as long as reasonable so you can get your item back.

REFURBISHING AND RESELLING
If you have an old Iphone, Ipod or other smartphone that you no longer want, please contact me for pricing. Any refurbished items currently available will be posted on my Facebook page as well as various other buy/sell pages on facebook.
