Bill has worked in the non-profit, charitable sector in Peel for over 25 years. He has been involved in leadership training, international development, youth, fundraising and food security organizations.
For the last seven years, He developed Eden Food for Change from just a food bank to a multi-service food organization including a learning kitchen, fresh produce box program and community engagement activities.
Bill co-founded The Dam Youth Drop-in in 1994 and as ED from 1997 to 2007 developed the organization to include alternative education, emergency housing, a young mom's program and employment training for youth.
As a Building Capacity Coach with PLC, Bill develops leaders and organizations to have the skills and resources they need to accomplish their mission.
His passion is to develop people individually, build capacity within organizations and encourage positive change in communities.
