Creative Flow

Hi, I'm Creative Flow owner Brigitte Marsden. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, freelance writer, artist and qualified classroom teacher. My home base is in Woodstock, NB and my work takes me all over Western New Brunswick.

I apply my creative skills to teaching yoga and mindfulness, art and writing to groups and individuals of all ages. I also offer workshops and retreats that combine yoga and mindfulness with art and writing, as well as developing calming, focus-building and stress-relief skills.

I have completed a 300 hour teacher training at Satori, a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, in mindful Hatha Vinyasa (Yang) and Yin Yoga. I have completed 125 hours of IYT Yoga Therapy training and I'm on the path to becoming an Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga. I have attended a 30 hour teacher training in Trauma-Informed Yoga & Mindfulness, and have a Chair Yoga certification.

A registered Yoga Teacher with the internationally recognised Yoga Alliance, my designation of RYT 200 reflects the first 200 hours of my training because extended 300 hour trainings do not have their own designation.

I have up to date First Aid training in Workplace Standard CPR-C, and I have a current vulnerable sector police check.
