Most participants return for session after session….some for as long as 25 years!
Fun and Fitness is what DanceIT is all about!!!
*** Fun................ Fully-instructed dance routines with variety of music styles:
swing, disco, salsa/latin, country, hip hop, and others including the latest hits
*** Your Level...... Move at your own pace/ level, with high and low impact options. For ages 20 – 80. No previous dance experience needed. Routines are taught and led by a qualified fitness instructor. The objective is to move and have fun!
*** Regular.......... Twice a week for 10-12 weeks with the same routines. New session/routines every 3 months. The company has been successful for over 25 years.
*** Inexpensive.... Less than Zumba or other private or community centre fitness classes.

Songs and dances change from session to session, but the format always includes:
1. warm up
2. dance-cardio routines
