David Springer Estate

The David Springer Estate was ordered to be built in 1837 by David Springer for his family to reside. This Masculine Georgian Style Mansion built of dressed stone, is comfortably nestled on a wooded five acre property. This gorgeous mansion sits at the bottom of the Escapement, displaying a beautiful backdrop. There are 3 ponds, scenic walks, and a magnificent view of the Niagara Escarpment. Reception for up to 400 people can be held in a tent outdoors, or up to 100 people inside the facility, with the adjoining outdoor bar, and covered patio for your guest to enjoy. This property is full of beautiful corners and scenes for photo opportunities. You will be be able to all your photo's on site. We also have a small outdoor chapel for ceremonies. This establishment is located in Burlington Ontario.This property will be exclusive to you and your guest only. We do not book 2 parties the same day, nor do we rent out the Chapel. You will have the property all yourself, everything will be catered around you, and your guest only.
