Defence Lab is a global network of forward thinking self-defense and fitness training centers. The core program that we teach at all Defence Lab's is called "Street Dynamics". This program concentrates on developing extremely practical and functional street self-defence applications with an inbuilt fitness regime and of course an element of fun.

Training in your barefeet, against one person, with no weapons, is NOT how real violence happens on the street and it is NOT Realistic Self Defense Training!

DefenceLab Buffalo teaches “Reality Based” Martial Arts that are designed for the REAL World today.

That means we train in various scenario settings like a Nightclub, Subway, Bar, Car, etc. And yes, all of these Scenario settings are actually inside of our facility for you to train in!!

We also train in various clothing and footwear, both with and without weapons (and most importantly) we train against Multiple Opponent’s. Not after 5 years of training but starting on your very first day!!
