Guests can chart their own course with selections devoted to pasta, the original and famous risotto carnaroli, mozzarella, antipasti and Chef Sara award-winning hand-made pastas. The menu also includes composed fish dishes including scallops, mussels, clams, prawn and a selection of meat and side dishes to round out the extensive offerings. The wine list, managed by Beverage Director Francesco Guerriero, features a significant selection of wines mainly from Italy and BC that pair perfectly with the bounty of the menu.
