Hi there, my name is Evan Conrod from Kitchener Waterloo, founder of Deltacourt. My aim is simple, to inspire, encourage and help others achieve the very best that they can, both physically and mentally. Fitness has changed my life immensely and I have a burning desire to assist others so that it can affect them the same. Just a few years ago I was down in the dumps and looking for something in my life to click. I was lost without purpose and was just all around an unhealthy human being. I don't know what tipped the scale or how it came about, but one day I decided enough was enough. It wasn't wishful thinking or telling myself I should TRY to be more healthy or start hitting the gym, it was a firm decision. I told myself I was going to change, period. I drastically improved my diet, quit smoking cold turkey, and began my fitness journey. The rest was history. I had found my Zen. Through the help of friends and my keen attitude, I transformed myself for the better, and I've never looked back. Today I continuously look to make myself better every single day whether it be in the gym or not, I know that anything is possible. After helping a few people make positive progress, I became driven. Now I am here to help as many as I can make lasting change in their lives. Ladies and gentleman, welcome to Deltacourt.
