With over 10 years experience training, coaching and mentoring as a dance assistant and later as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach, Denise prides herself on her ability to discover new ways to positively motivate others by using personalized goal oriented strategies that focus on each individual’s unique learning style and vision of success.

Fundamental to her own personal philosophy is the concept of Kaizen, or the continual pursuit of improvement.
