EVERY Room-
DUST-all reachable light fixtures, hard surfaces (excluding TVs), furniture, ornaments, knickknacks, picture frames, blinds, window sills, stair railings, louvered doors, door frames, tops of doors and baseboards,remove cobwebs, dust leather furniture.
VACUUM- Swiffer/Mop/Vacuum accessible areas of the floor, rugs and carpet , upholstery, furniture including under seat cushions.
CLEAN -Tidy and straighten, Swiffer/Mop/Vacuum accessible areas of the floor, rugs and carpet Clean doors and entry ways ,Remove footwear, wash all contact points such as switches, railings and doorknobs, empty garbages & clean exterior, clean mirrors and glass furniture with vinegar and water, spot clean walls.
Living Area
the list above plus- Swiffer/Mop/Vacuum accessible areas of the floor, rugs & carpet
Bedroom
the above list plus -Tidy and straighten, If you leave out clean bedding we will make up the beds (by request)
Bathroom
Dust all light fixtures,Wash and Sanitize sinks, countertops ,backsplash, showers & shower doors, tile walls, Clean mirrors, Clean and sanitize toilets and all fixtures, Take out trash & replace liners, Wipe door handles, light switch and cupboards (exterior), Swiffer/Mop/Vacuum accessible areas of the floor and rugs
Kitchen
clean and sanitize outside cabinet surfaces and counter tops and backsplash, clean outside of fridge, oven, dishwasher and stove top, clean microwave inside and out, wash any dishes left in the sink (by request), Clean tables and chairs, Spot clean, Take out trash & replace liners, Dust & Wipe reachable surfaces, Swiffer/Mop accessible areas of the floor

IMPORTANT- If you have your own specialty products that you prefer for your home, please provide them and leave them out for the cleaner ­we’ll be happy to use them!
Office Space -Wash all contact points ,Dust all reachable areas, Clean and sanitize toilets and all fixtures, Take out trash & replace liners, Wipe door handles, light switch and cupboards (exterior), Swiffer/Mop/Vacuum accessible areas of the floor and rugs

What we DO NOT Clean
Below is a list of items we DO NOT clean around the house:

We do not clean the outside of windows or any outside walls, patio furniture, etc.
We do not lift or move heavy furniture such as couches, fridges, ovens, bookshelves, etc. We will try to reach underneath or around but we can’t guarantee that that area will be completely cleaned. What a lot of clients do is move any large furniture beforehand or, if they’re home, they will move the furniture as needed.
We do not clean pet excrement and/or pet cages, etc.
We do not clean bodily fluids, mold, hazardous materials, dangerous chemicals, or deceased rodents/ vermin. These types of cleaning services require a specialized cleaning company.
We do not clean ceilings or areas outside of a maid’s reasonable reach (ie. high walls, high shelves, light fixtures, or the tops of windows). If you have a step ladder they will use that to reach something just out oftheir reach, but we do NOT have our maids climb on full ladders to clean chandeliers, for example.
We will throw your garbage in your trash bin but we will not take any garbage or junk off the premises.
