Dianne Birt Counselling and Wellness

I offer counselling therapy for a variety of psychological issues and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, stress, and grief ; career counselling services are also available. I take clients of all ages – from children and teens, through to adults, including seniors, for individual counselling, or in couples or families. I also offer wellness-related workshops such as stress management and work-life balance to businesses and groups and can tailor workshops to suit the specific needs and interests of your workplace or group.
