DK boxing was launched to teach and train everyone who's interested in boxing the basic fundamentals of the great sport. With DK Boxing you will be able to engage in three different types of workout.

Sparring: Focus on your boxing technique by making the motions of boxing without landing heavy blows.

Bag Workout: Hitting the bag builds punch power, stamina, and can increase your metabolic rate for days. This type of workout trains both your arms and your legs getting the body toned and in good shape.

Pad Workout: Help develop your speed, accuracy, and endurance with a moving target that you will attack with various combinations of strikes.

Depending on your experience level you could rank at different stages of boxing.

Beginners will learn how to wrap their hands, properly cross, jab, hook and uppercut, hold a boxing stance, and train their bodies with the proper motion needed to begin hitting the bag. Over time pad workouts will come into play and boxing drills will begin.

Advanced boxers will further develop both their hand and foot strikes. They will practice attack and defense positions at both low and high intensity drills and will further develop their speed, accuracy, and endurance.
