After a detailed assessment, Dr. Lesley will create an individualized treatment plan for each of her patients. Her approach is often multi-faceted and will vary with each person. Her techniques include manual chiropractic adjustments, Activator Technique (which is a very gentle instrument-assisted adjustment that does not involve any twisting or “cracking”), rehabilitation exercises, and electro-acupuncture.
