Dynamic Training Centre specializes in TRX Suspension Training and TRX Rip Training. We also offer sports conditioning, group and individual training, self defence fitness classes, and personal training. TRX is body weight suspension training at it's finest which incorporates rotational movements and core stability along with mobility and strength training. If you are new at working out, currently work out or already train at a high level then TRX Training is for you.
It doesn't matter on your age, injury limitations, experience, etc with TRX Training your using your own body weight which in turn minimizes the risk of injury and at the same time your able to get a full body workout with core activation all the time.
