Here at EcoBlast we use a dustless blasting system that is the fastest, most effective tool there is. This machine does everything a traditional sandblaster can do, BUT BETTER. The uses for the Dustless blaster are too vast to list, but let's just say that this machine can remove virtually any type of coating from any material. How does it work? The dustless blaster mixes abrasive and water inside a blast tank. Imagine throwing a handful of wet sand vs a handful of dry sand. The dry sand wouldn't have much impact on the target, but it would blow in the wind and make quite a mess. The same amount of wet sand would hit the target with more force, and wouldn't blow around and create a hazard, the water adds more mass and energy to the blast while not creating heat and warping your work and keeping the DUST down.
