I believe that through hard work, sacrifice, dedication, and proper personalized programing every athlete possesses the potential to be elite in their chosen sport regardless of genetics, gender, or skill level. I value waking up every morning and attacking each day with an unmatched enthusiasm; ready to apply my best effort towards my goals and the goals of my clients. I strive to be the best at everything I do and instill this competitive, winning mindset in every one of my clients through my core values of honesty, loyalty, empowerment and education.
Through one on one training using personalized programing tailored to the client’s sport I am able to help any athelte improve general physical preparedness (GPP) sport specific physical preparedness (SPP), sport specific flexibility/mobility, agility, all types of strength (explosive-strength, starting-strength, acceleration-strength, speed-strength, strength-speed, maximal-strength, absolute-strength, endurance-strength etc.) as they relate to your sport. I also specialize in sport specific speed training, conditioning, injury rehab/prehab, and corrective exercise.
I am currently CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and working towards my CSEP-CPT (Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists Certified Personal Trainer) certification through CSEP. Once I complete my CSEP-CPT certification I plan on continuing my education by becoming Westside certified through Westside Barbell.
Training packages include:
-Off-season gold training package (6 days/week)
-Off-season silver training package (4 days/week)
-In-season training (3 days/week)
