Energetic Healing and Relaxation

I was guided to the natural world of energies and have completed my Level 1 in Reiki. I believe there are more ways to help ones self of emotional blockages, stress, pain, etc. than the traditional ways of medication. I would like to share this with others who are open to experiencing Reiki.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy.

Many use Reiki to help promote natural self-healing, balance the bodies energy, release blockages and suppressed feelings, relive pain, and many other health benefits.

Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion.
