Our team can expedite the feasibility process by using cutting-edge 3D civil site and building design software. By importing topography through satellite driven data, we are able to design the site based on re-zoning summaries. From this stage we then calculate and conduct rapid site evaluations to rapidly explore several “what- if” scenarios.

Further to producing rezoning summaries and civil site designs we can also provide accurate quantity takeoffs for site preparation and building costs. We then use this data in our development proformas in order to help determine returns and decisions for potential developments.
